Visitors welcome every Wednesday, 18:00–22:00. Participants with a key come and go 24/7 — so “open” here means someone is in the space right now, not that a public evening is running.
Bezoekers zijn elke woensdag welkom, 18:00–22:00. Deelnemers met een sleutel komen 24/7 — “open” betekent hier dus dat er nu iemand in de ruimte is, niet dat er een publieke avond is.
Hermithive is a hackerspace in Nieuwegein for people who like to build, break and understand things: coding, electronics, security, 3D printing, automation — and the occasional soldering-iron-shaped detour.
Visiting for the first time?
Just walk in on a Wednesday evening between 18:00 and 22:00. No appointment, no invitation, no entrance fee, no membership required. Ring the bell, say hello, have a look around and stay as long as you like.

- Cost: free. We are a stichting (a Dutch non-profit foundation), so there is no membership fee — we have participants, not paying members.
- Bring: curiosity. A laptop or a project you are stuck on is very welcome, but not required.

Eerste keer langskomen?
Loop op woensdagavond tussen 18:00 en 22:00 gewoon binnen. Geen afspraak, geen uitnodiging, geen entree, geen lidmaatschap nodig. Bel aan, zeg hallo, kijk rond en blijf zo lang je wilt.

- Kosten: gratis. We zijn een stichting (non-profit), dus er is geen contributie — we hebben deelnemers, geen betalende leden.
- Meenemen: nieuwsgierigheid. Een laptop of een project waar je op vastloopt is zeer welkom, maar niet nodig.
